CAPSICUMS 450gm(4)
POTATOES 450gm(4)
ONIONS 35gm(1)
CINNAMON 5gm
CLOVES 5gm
CARDAMOM 5gm
WORCESTER SAUCE 120ml
FAT 30gm
SALT 10gm
METHOD:
- Slice tops of capsicum.
- Remove seeds and wash.
- Apply salt inside and keep upside down on a rack.
- Boil potatoes. peel and dice. chop onion.
- Heat fat and fry onion , add diced potatoes, spices, salt and saute.
- Fill capsicums with potato mixture.
- Arrange on a baking tray. pour worcester sauce over and bake in owen till capsicums are tender.
