CHICKEN MUGHLAI KORMA

INGREDIENTS: 4-6 SERVINGS

CHICKEN 2 KG

COCONUT 1

POPPY SEEDS 100gm

CASHEWNUTS 100gm

RED CHILLIES 1-2 gm

GREEN CHILLIES 1

CORIANDER 10gm

ONIONS 750gm

SALT TO TASTE

CURDS 500gm

GHEE 50gm

METHOD:

  1. CLEAN AND MARINATE CHICKEN IN CURD AND SALT.
  2. GRIND TOGETHER COCONUT , POPPY SEEDS, CASHEWNUTS, RED CHILLIES, GREEN CHILLIES, CORIANDER AND HALF THE ONIONS.
  3. HEAT GHEE AND LIGHTLY SAUTE THE ONIONS(SLICED)
  4. ADD GROUND MASALA AND FRY FOR A FEW MINUTES.
  5. ADD CHICKEN MARINATED IN CURD.
  6. FRY FOR FURTHER 5 MINUTES.
  7. COOK OVER A LOW FLAME TILL COOKED.
