SALT TO TASTE
CURDS 500gm
GHEE 50gm
METHOD:
- CLEAN AND MARINATE CHICKEN IN CURD AND SALT.
- GRIND TOGETHER COCONUT , POPPY SEEDS, CASHEWNUTS, RED CHILLIES, GREEN CHILLIES, CORIANDER AND HALF THE ONIONS.
- HEAT GHEE AND LIGHTLY SAUTE THE ONIONS(SLICED)
- ADD GROUND MASALA AND FRY FOR A FEW MINUTES.
- ADD CHICKEN MARINATED IN CURD.
- FRY FOR FURTHER 5 MINUTES.
- COOK OVER A LOW FLAME TILL COOKED.
